Experience: Fresher/Experienced
CTC: Based on Experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments and diagnostics (pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, otoacoustic emissions, auditory brainstem responses, for patients of all ages.
• Interpret test results, identify hearing, and formulate appropriate management or referral plans.
• Fit, program, and verify hearing aids, counsel patients and their families on device use, maintenance, and communication strategies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records: assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, follow-ups.
• Collaborate with ENT surgeons, speech therapists, paediatricians, other allied health professionals for multidisciplinary care.
• Keep audiology equipment calibrated and up to date; ensure test environment meets standards
• Participate in outreach, screening camps, awareness programmes.
• Engage in continuous professional development, stay updated with advances in audiology, assist in training junior staff/interns as applicable.
