Role Overview
We are looking for a Syspro Functional Consultant based in India to join our remote consulting practice. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in SYSPRO 7 & 8 to analyze client workflows, design tailored configurations, and deliver seamless ERP implementations that drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Business Alignment: Analyze and map complex manufacturing and distribution processes, including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
Implementation Excellence: Lead functional configurations, system customisations, and version upgrades utilizing the SYSPRO IDEAL methodology.
Functional Documentation: Author comprehensive functional design specifications, risk assessments, and test-case scenarios during the software development lifecycle.
User Enablement: Conduct role-based user training, remote learning sessions, and change management support to ensure high client self-sufficiency.
Continuous Optimization: Partner with international clients to identify system gaps, refine operational workflows, and maximize software ROI.

What We Are Looking For
Experience: 4+ years of dedicated functional consulting experience focused on SYSPRO ERP (strong preference for SYSPRO 7 and SYSPRO 8 environments).
Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of supply chain, core manufacturing modules, warehouse management, and basic financials.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a proven track record of managing international client relationships.
Consulting Mindset: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to business process optimization.
Remote Readiness: A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup capable of aligning with flexible overlapping hours for global teams.
