The Value Proposition
This position provides essential engineering oversight for the deployment of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) and specialized structural installations across high-visibility project sites. Operating at the front line of delivery, the Site Engineer translates complex technical designs into physical infrastructure while optimizing resource use. Selected candidates will gain ownership of diverse field operations within an expanding market focused on green building technologies and advanced structural engineering.

Role and Responsibilities

Core Execution and Technical Duties:
Supervise day-to-day site execution and structural erection of PEB frameworks according to technical blueprints.

Perform structural alignment checks, field measurements, and ongoing site surveying to verify compliance with approved engineering specifications.

Identify and resolve on-site engineering conflicts or deviations promptly to eliminate delays and structural material waste.

Management and Collaboration:
Coordinate deployment paths between architects, subcontractors, and internal project managers to ensure consistency with master schedules.

Oversee labor forces, specialized construction equipment, and raw material inventories to maximize site efficiency.

Implement and enforce standard field safety compliance while maintaining daily progress logs and technical status reports.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Core Technical Skills: PEB structural erection supervision, site surveying, technical engineering blueprint interpretation, and material tracking.

Domain Experience and Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields, with 2 to 5 years of verified field experience specializing in steel structural work or PEB systems.

Operational/Soft Skills: Subcontractor coordination, cross-functional site communication, detailed progress reporting, and milestone-driven problem-solving.

Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline

Target Vertical: Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), Structural Steel, and Industrial Construction

Industrial & Structural Projects: 2 to 5 years of direct field experience managing fabrication, erection, or installation jobs specifically within steel structures, industrial warehouses, tensile membranes, or commercial roofing systems.

Material & Quantity Verification: Experience conducting joint measurement billing and material tracking to eliminate discrepancies, raw material waste, and site cost overruns.
