Role and Responsibilities
Core Execution and Technical Duties:

Execute on-site installation, commissioning, testing, and alignment of industrial machinery according to technical blueprints and engineering schematics.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic faults to minimize client equipment downtime.

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance routines and calibrate machinery parameters to ensure optimal production output and safety compliance.

Management and Collaboration:

Coordinate directly with client site managers and production teams to schedule maintenance windows and deliver technical operator training.

Document detailed field service reports, root-cause analysis logs, and spare parts utilization to support inventory control and internal engineering feedback loops.
