Sales Engineer - Plastics Manufacturing (Parts).

Job Position - Sales Engineer

Location - Bangalore, Whitefield

Work days - 6 days per week.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Capable to handle the customers individual.

• Identify and develop new customers in medical, consumer goods, electrical, packaging, aerospace, and industrial sectors.

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, exhibitions, referrals, and digital platforms.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities.

• Build long-term relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and plastic product manufacturers.

• Visit customers to understand mould requirements and technical specifications.

• Receive RFQs (Request for Quotations) from customers.

• Coordinate with design, engineering, and estimation teams for feasibility and costing.

• Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project status.

• Resolve customer concerns in coordination with production and quality teams.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Monitor competitors' pricing, capabilities, and market trends.

• Inform customers about project progress and delivery schedules. Support trial and mould acceptance activities.

Requirements

• Candidate with experience in similar industry or experience in plastic related industry (Like HRS Manufacturers, Mould Manufacturing industry or moulding industry).

• Educational qualification: BE – Mechanical Engineering, UG /PG in NTTF or CIPET.

• Experience: 0 to 5 years in similar field.
