Overview:
The Helper - Production plays a vital role in supporting the manufacturing process by assisting various teams on the production floor. The primary objective of this position is to ensure smooth operations, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and contribute to the overall efficiency of production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assembly and fabrication of products as per specifications and quality standards.
- Support machine operators in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area to adhere to safety and quality procedures.
- Handle materials and tools safely and efficiently, ensuring that supplies are replenished as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and deadlines.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to production processes.
- Report maintenance needs or safety concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of production and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with assembly techniques and tools (hand tools, power tools, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or schematics is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic math and measurement skills.
Required Qualifications:
