Overview:

The Engineering / Manager - Sales and Marketing for Electrical Panels position is designed for a dynamic professional who will drive the sales and marketing strategy for low voltage (LV), medium voltage (MV), and high voltage (HV) electrical panels. The primary objective is to enhance market share and foster customer relationships while providing technical expertise to clients in various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets for electrical panels.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with clients in the electrical automation sector.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product offerings align with customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Mentor and lead a team of sales professionals, providing training and support to enhance their sales performance.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
