Job Description – QC Inspector – Quality department
No of Position: 2
Qualification: DME / CIPET / GTTC / NTTF
Department: TR_Quality
Designation: WEDM Operator / Programmer
Experience: 3-5 Years in Tool room
Required skills / Attributes:
Knowledge in Part 2d & 3d drawing reading & understanding.
Knowledge in Inspection of Parts as per drawing & making FAIR / Gauges & holding method preparation.
Knowledge in GD & T / application of Software ( Auto cad / Excel / 3D Viewer ).
Hands on experience on CMM / VMS Operating / Programming & Job setting
Knowledge in preparing Part DWG ballooning /numbering / Reports analysing for Jobs(Parts /electrodes / Inserts)
Knowledge in usage of all inspection instruments.
Attending Mold Trials & Knowledge in preparing First article Trial reports - Cp /CpK / CV /PPAP/FAI, MSA/Gauge R&R .
Should be ready to work in Shifts
Tools Knowledge: Knowledge in MS Office (Advance excel skills) /Auto cad / 3D viewer, Related software usage for TR Quality
Notice period: Immediate joinee preferred
CTC Range: Gross -30k to 35k / month
Candidates are preferably from (relevant companies if needed): Toolroom Quality department experience preferred
