About the role

The Real Estate Calling specialist will engage potential clients via outbound calls to generate qualified leads for our real estate portfolio. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and nurture prospects through the pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily outbound cold calls to prospective property owners and buyers.

• Qualify leads based on property type, budget, and timeline.

• Record and update lead information in CRM.

• Collaborate with marketing to refine target lists.

• Schedule appointments for senior sales team.

• Provide weekly reports on call volume and conversion metrics.

• Maintain high call quality and compliance with telemarketing regulations.

Required qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in cold calling or lead generation.

• Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.

• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work independently and meet daily call quotas.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with real estate industry terminology.

• Experience with automated dialing systems or call center platforms.

• Bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish/English).

• Prior experience in a sales or customer service role.
