Position Overview

JK Tech is building a strategic partnership with Google Cloud and is hiring an Alliance Lead – Google Cloud to own this alliance end-to-end.

This is a greenfield, high-ownership role, responsible for managing partner operations, driving tier progression, enabling sales, and building a strong co-sell pipeline across global markets.


Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Portal & Operations

  • Manage Google Cloud Partner Advantage portal operations

  • Handle deal registrations, incentives, certifications, and compliance

  • Ensure smooth execution of all partner-related activities


2. Tier Progression

  • Drive progression from Select to Premier tier

  • Track consumption targets, certifications, and specialisation milestones

  • Maintain and report progress to leadership


3. Sales Enablement

  • Equip sales teams with GCP collateral, battlecards, and pricing insights

  • Support positioning of solutions in client conversations

  • Enable joint value proposition development


4. Delivery & Solutions Enablement

  • Collaborate with delivery and solutions teams for GCP readiness

  • Facilitate training, sandbox access, and technical resources

  • Ensure teams are equipped to build and deliver GCP solutions


5. Co-Sell & Pipeline Development

  • Work closely with Google Cloud PDMs and sales teams

  • Build joint pipeline across India, US, and UK

  • Identify and qualify co-sell opportunities


6. Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Google Cloud partnership

  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the partner ecosystem


7. Internal Advocacy

  • Promote GCP partnership internally

  • Align stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration

  • Communicate partnership success and updates to leadership


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Google Cloud Alliance / Partner Management

  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Partner Advantage portal

  • Experience working with Tier-1 Google Cloud partners

  • Strong understanding of GCP services, GTM strategies, and partner programs

  • Proven ability to enable sales and technical teams

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills


Good to Have

  • Experience building or scaling alliance functions

  • Exposure to AI/ML or Data & Analytics partnerships within GCP

  • Existing network within Google Cloud ecosystem

  • Domain experience in Insurance, Retail, or CPG
