Position Overview

EmergeAI Technologies is looking for a dynamic AI Trainer cum Project Manager to mentor, build, and lead the next generation of AI-ready engineers.

This role combines the responsibilities of an AI practitioner, technical trainer, and project manager, focused on delivering real-world AI learning experiences and managing production-grade AI projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Training & Mentorship

• Deliver hands-on training in:

  • Agentic AI

  • Generative AI (GenAI)

  • Large Language Models (LLMs)

  • AI Agents & Automation

• Mentor freshers through real-world AI and software engineering projects

• Help learners build portfolios and industry-ready skills

2. Project Management & Agile Delivery

• Lead Agile execution including sprint planning, stand-ups, and delivery tracking

• Manage project timelines, quality, and engineering outcomes

• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and engineering teams

3. Engineering Excellence

• Drive best practices in:

  • Clean code

  • Git workflows

  • API development

  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

• Guide teams on scalable development and AI-driven workflows

4. AI Development & Innovation

• Work hands-on with:

  • LLMs

  • Prompt Engineering

  • AI Automation Tools

  • Modern AI frameworks and ecosystems

• Contribute to real-world AI application development

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in AI, software engineering, or technical project management

• Strong proficiency in Python and API development

• Hands-on experience with:

  • LLMs

  • Prompt Engineering

  • Agentic AI Systems

  • AI Automation Tools

• Strong understanding of:

  • Agile methodologies

  • Git workflows

  • SDLC practices

• Proven ability to mentor teams and manage projects effectively
