About the Role

Zivia IVF is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with 10+ years of experience in healthcare, fertility, IVF, hospitals, diagnostics, or related sectors. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, increasing patient referrals, and expanding the organization's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and patient acquisition targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with gynecologists, obstetricians, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals for referral generation.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion avenues across target markets.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and growth opportunities.

Drive patient engagement initiatives, awareness programs, camps, seminars, and doctor networking events.

Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.

Manage key accounts and ensure long-term relationship building with referral partners.

Monitor sales performance, prepare business reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports.

Negotiate and finalize strategic partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and institutional collaborations.

Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

Lead and mentor business development executives and field teams.
