This role ensures that every school assessment is converted into a partner-ready BOQ and budget, enabling Ennoble’s partnerships team to raise funding and the execution team to implement projects efficiently.
The Budgeting Manager builds and manages a continuous pipeline of schools → assessments → budgets → fundable projects, ensuring budgets are:
● Accurate
● Compliant with construction standards
● Delivered within strict SLAs
● Structured for fundraising and execution
The role sits at the center of Ennoble’s operational pipeline, connecting outreach, assessments, partnerships, and execution.
CORE MANDATE
The Budgeting Manager’s core mandate is to build and run Ennoble’s end-to-end budgeting system for school transformation projects, ensuring that verified school needs are converted into accurate, partner-ready budgets at scale.
The role is accountable for:
