About the Role
We are looking for experienced solar sales professionals to drive sales of Solar PV modules across key Indian markets. The role is focused on B2B sales and requires candidates who already have strong working relationships within the solar ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

● Drive sales of Solar PV modules in the assigned region

● Leverage existing network of EPC contractors, distributors, developers, and project owners

● Identify and close new business opportunities independently

● Promote and generate EPC project sales in addition to module sales

● Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to support project execution

● Achieve and exceed regional sales targets

Candidate Requirements

● Minimum 4 years of proven experience in the solar PV industry

● Established and active network of EPC vendors, distributors, and channel partners

● Strong understanding of solar PV products, applications, and project requirements

● Technical sales background preferred (engineering or similar exposure is a plus)

● Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

● Self-driven, region-focused, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
