We are looking for a Junior Architect with hands-on experience in green building certifications and a strong interest in sustainable design. ● Coordinate with clients, consultants, and certification bodies
● Track project compliance and timelines
3. Design & Documentation

● Conduct site analysis with sustainability considerations
● Integrate passive design strategies into projects
● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
● Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in:

○ Sustainable design practices
● Basic understanding of solar/BIPV systems (or willingness to learn quickly)
● Proficiency in:
○ AutoCAD (mandatory)
○ SketchUp / Revit (preferred)
○ MS Excel (for calculations & documentation)
● Strong coordination and communication skills
● Ability to handle multiple projects without falling apart
● Accredited Professional (IGBC AP / LEED AP)

● Opportunity to work at the intersection of design, engineering, and clean energy
● A team that expects you to think, not just draft endlessly
Someone who:
● Actually cares about sustainability beyond buzzwords
● Can handle both design thinking and documentation grunt work
● Is curious enough to learn BIPV instead of pretending to already know it
