Learning Specialist.

Position: Learning Specialist
Location: Brussels Belgium (Hybrid)

Project Goal
Design and deliver several blended learning journeys, with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) ready by the end of October using FlowSparks.

Key Responsibilities
Design engaging blended learning solutions using the ADDIE methodology.
Apply Bloom's Taxonomy and adult learning principles to define effective learning objectives, formats, and course durations.
Develop high-quality digital learning content using:
FlowSparks
Articulate 360
Synthesia
Microsoft PowerPoint & Word
Microsoft SharePoint (nice to have)
Manage learning projects from analysis through implementation.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to co-create learning journeys.
Coach and support 3–5 business users on learning technologies and best practices.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and learning content.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in blended learning methodologies and instructional design
Strong expertise with FlowSparks
Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 and Synthesia
Solid understanding of ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and adult learning principles
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and ideally SharePoint
Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results

Experience within the Insurance sector
Knowledge of Life & Health Insurance
