Salary Range:- Salary will be upto 20-25k Net In hand & depend upon interview.

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1-2 years (Real Estate experience preferred)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Telecalling e to join our real estate team. The role involves making outbound calls to leads received, inquiring about properties available for sale, and building a strong property inventory. The candidate will also be responsible for updating and maintaining property listings on online portals like 99acres, Magicbricks, and other real estate platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling & Lead Conversion:

Call potential property sellers from the provided leads.

Gather details about properties available for sale, including price, location, size, and amenities.

Convince owners to list their properties with our company.

Inventory Creation & Management:

Maintain and update a structured database of available properties.

Ensure all property details are accurately recorded.

Coordinate with field executives for property verification.

Online Listing & Portal Management:

Upload and update property listings on 99acres, Magicbricks, Housing.com, and other platforms.

Ensure high-quality property descriptions, images, and details for better visibility.

Keep track of expired or outdated listings and refresh them as required.

Client Engagement & Email Communication:

Send property/project details, brochures, and pricing information to potential buyers via email.

Share company profile emails with new leads and interested clients.

Follow up on email responses and schedule calls or site visits as needed.

Follow-ups & Relationship Building:

Regularly follow up with property owners to keep listings updated.

Engage with buyers and sellers to build long-term relationships.

Reporting & Coordination:

Maintain call logs and update lead status in CRM.

Provide regular updates to the team regarding new listings and potential leads.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth transactions.

Key Skills Required:

✔ Strong communication and persuasion skills

✔ Basic knowledge of real estate trends and online property portals

✔ Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication

✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

✔ Good organizational and follow-up skills

✔ Well versed with the Topography of Gurugram

Preferred Qualifications:

📌 Experience in real estate telecalling or customer service is a plus

📌 Knowledge of 99acres, Magicbricks, and other property listing sites

📌 Ability to work independently and meet targets
