Responsibilities :
1 Build new corporate Accounts
2 Achieve monthly sales Target
3 Responsible for Collections
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and market expansion goals.
Market Analysis: Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within the packaging industry.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Leverage technical knowledge of product packaging solutions to provide tailored recommendations to clients.
Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets through effective lead generation and client acquisition strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Sales Reporting: Monitor and report sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
Pricing & Negotiation: Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations to close high-value deals.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
MBA in Marketing with an Engineering background.
5 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the product packaging industry.
Corporate customers E- COM/Packaging product knowledge.
Strong understanding of packaging solutions and industry trends.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to sell Tech.
Experience in B2B sales and key account management.
Exposure to product development processes in the packaging industry.
Familiarity with emerging trends in eco-friendly packaging solutions.
