1. Overview:

The Sales Executive Backend will play a crucial role in driving sales growth for our waterproofing products. This position focuses on generating leads and converting them into sales through outbound sales activities, primarily via cold calling and telecalling. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales and business development within the construction or related industry. The objective is to expand our customer base and increase revenue through effective lead generation and account management.


2. Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling and telemarketing campaigns.
  • Qualify leads and identify potential customers with a need for our waterproofing products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Present and demonstrate our waterproofing products effectively to potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM system.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure effective lead management and customer support.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

3. Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to use sales tracking and reporting tools.

4. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction, waterproofing, or related industry.

5. Skills & Experience:

  • Deep understanding of waterproofing products: Extensive knowledge of various waterproofing materials, applications, and industry best practices is essential.
  • Proven sales track record: Demonstrable experience in exceeding sales targets and generating leads independently. Specific examples of successful sales campaigns are highly desirable.
  • Exceptional COLD CALLING skills: Ability to confidently initiate conversations with potential clients, overcome objections, and secure appointments. Quantifiable results from past cold calling efforts are required.
  • Proficient in telecalling: Experience managing a high volume of outbound calls, efficiently qualifying leads, and building rapport over the phone.
  • Strong sales and business development skills: Experience in the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. This includes identifying customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and negotiating favorable terms.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
