1. Overview:

The Real Estate Manager (Female only) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's real estate portfolio, maximizing profitability and ensuring efficient management of properties. This role requires a strong understanding of both residential and commercial real estate markets, excellent communication skills, and proven sales abilities. The primary objective is to increase the value and return on investment of the company's real estate assets.


2. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the acquisition, development, and disposition of real estate properties.

  • Manage property budgets, including expenses and revenue projections.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities.

  • Negotiate leases and sales contracts with tenants and buyers.

  • Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and resolving disputes.

  • Oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring properties are well-maintained and comply with all regulations.

  • Develop and implement property marketing strategies to attract tenants and buyers.

  • Supervise and mentor junior real estate staff members (if applicable).

  • Prepare regular reports on property performance and market trends.

  • Comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.


3. Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in real estate software and applications (e.g., CRM, property management software).

  • Strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis techniques.

  • Competency in market research and data analysis.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of relevant real estate laws and regulations.


4. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in real estate management, with a proven track record of success.

  • Real Estate Experience or any sales Experience can apply


5. Skills & Experience:

  • Residential Real Estate: Extensive experience in managing residential properties, including leasing, marketing, and tenant relations. A strong understanding of the residential real estate market is crucial.

  • Commercial Sales: Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales in a commercial real estate setting. This includes experience in property valuation and market analysis.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with tenants, clients, vendors, and colleagues. The ability to present information clearly and persuasively is vital.
