The Telesales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales and fostering relationships with potential customers through effective communication. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to present and sell products or services.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to address them.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads through various channels to secure appointments or close deals.
Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and improve performance.
Handle objections effectively and provide solutions to customer queries.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions.
Strong data entry skills to ensure accurate information is recorded.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) for reporting and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or other sales positions.
Skills & Experience:
Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
Demonstrated experience in meeting sales targets and driving results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
