Overview:

The Telesales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales and fostering relationships with potential customers through effective communication. The primary objective is to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive and informative connection with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to present and sell products or services.

  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to address them.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Follow up with leads through various channels to secure appointments or close deals.

  • Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and improve performance.

  • Handle objections effectively and provide solutions to customer queries.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions.

  • Strong data entry skills to ensure accurate information is recorded.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) for reporting and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or other sales positions.

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

  • Demonstrated experience in meeting sales targets and driving results.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
