Salary: 23000 CTC to 26000 CTC per month

Shift Details: 24/7 Rotational Shifts | 5 Days Working, 2 Rotational Off

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation mandatory

  • Min. 1 yr of Telesales Experience Mandatory

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Hindi

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries efficiently over calls

  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Follow process guidelines and quality standards

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication & listening skills

  • Customer-handling mindset

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
