  • Manage client relationships and drive repeat business

  • Conceptualize & write proposals for new projects

  • Oversee project planning, resource management & execution

  • Conduct data analysis & client presentations

  • Write research reports and case studies showcasing client success stories

  • Improve internal processes, including client feedback, learning, and collections

  • Support business development initiatives by identifying growth opportunities
