Business Manager (Homelane).

Key Responsibilities:
● Drive end-to-end sales with strategic revenue growth by designing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies

● Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve business targets

Key Requirements

● 5–6 years of experience in sales (Interior, Real Estate, EdTech, or High-value sales preferred)

● Proven experience in team handling and leadership

● Strong sales acumen with a target-driven approach
