Admission Profiler -Overseas Education (Upgrad)

Candidate Preference: Tier 2 / Tier 3 city background only (No Delhi NCR experience)

Experience: Minimum 1 year Inside Sales / Telesales with excellent communication

CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA + Good Incentives

Shift Timings: 10:30-7:30 PM | 6 days working |

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Connect with prospective students via calls and digital channels to explain study-abroad programs.

  • Understand student goals and recommend suitable courses aligned with international education plans.

  • Qualify leads, handle objections, and drive enrollments through consultative selling.

  • Maintain daily follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and CRM updates.

  • Coordinate with counselling/admissions teams for smooth conversion.

  • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets.

  • Build trust with students by providing accurate program and country information.

  • Target Audience: Indian students planning higher education in US / UK / Canada

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in inside sales / telesales / edtech sales.

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.

  • Target-driven mindset with proven conversion ability.

  • Comfortable with a 6-day work week and high-performance environment
