Job Overview
We are seeking Business Development to join our sales team in Bangalore (WFO). This role is ideal for ambitious, target-driven individuals passionate about education and ready to thrive in a performance-driven environment. You will engage with parents and students, understand their needs, and guide them towards the right programs.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective parents/students via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and live video sessions.
Pitch programs and highlight unique offerings.
Manage leads, maintain CRM records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams for growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline.
6 months – 3 years of sales experience preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Strong organizational and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in night shifts.

Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA + performance-based incentives
