Job Overview

We are seeking Business Development to join our sales team in Bangalore (WFO). This role is ideal for ambitious, target-driven individuals passionate about education and ready to thrive in a performance-driven environment. You will engage with parents and students, understand their needs, and guide them towards the right programs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective parents/students via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and live video sessions.

  • Pitch programs and highlight unique offerings.

  • Manage leads, maintain CRM records, and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for growth initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline.

  • 6 months – 3 years of sales experience preferred.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in night shifts.

Job Details

Experience: 6 months – 5 years in sales

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA + performance-based incentives

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
