Overview

We are hiring a confident, professional Remote Dialer to help recruit licensed insurance agents. You’ll be calling from a provided list of warm leads—agents who are already licensed—to introduce our remote agency model, answer basic questions, and encourage them to schedule a 5-minute discovery call.

This is not a cold sales role—your job is to connect, qualify, and transfer. The right person is friendly, articulate, organized, and not afraid to pick up the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Call licensed agents from provided lead lists (Prop Hog, Apollo, etc.)

• Follow a provided script to:

  • Introduce the opportunity

  • Ask basic qualifying questions

  • Share high-level agency benefits

  • Offer a Calendly link to book a follow-up call

• Record call outcomes in CRM (Airtable or GoHighLevel)

• Flag hot leads for recruiter follow-up

• Participate in team check-ins or feedback sessions

Qualifications

• 1+ year in outbound calling, recruiting, appointment setting, or customer service

• Clear, professional phone voice

• Comfortable following a script but also speaking conversationally

• Reliable internet, headset, and quiet working environment

• Can manage call tracking using simple tools (Google Sheets, GoHighLevel, etc.)

• Bonus: Experience calling insurance agents or working in the insurance industry

• Script & objection handling guide (provided)

• Call recording system for QA
