Overview

We’re seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Automation Developer to build and deploy a multi-platform, AI-powered recruiting system. You’ll bring our automation blueprint to life by integrating tools like Zapier, GoHighLevel, Calendly, GroupMe, Airtable, and more. The ideal candidate thrives on building systems that work while staying behind the scenes—connecting APIs, deploying bots, and optimizing workflows to recruit licensed insurance agents at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement AI messaging sequences across LinkedIn, Instagram DMs, SMS, GroupMe, and Email

• Set up and manage Zapier/Make automations to handle:

  • Chatbot tagging and CRM entries

  • Lead scoring and notifications

  • Calendly booking reminders

• Connect lead sourcing tools (e.g., Prop Hog, Apollo, Clay) with Airtable or GoHighLevel CRM

• Build out CRM dashboards and pipelines to manage active, passive, and hot leads

• Deploy and customize chatbot flows using Manychat, MobileMonkey, and a GroupMe automation layer

• Integrate Scribe/Skool for onboarding documentation into a central agent training hub

• Work with exported data to automate outbound messaging and tracking

• Coordinate with project lead for milestone delivery, bug testing, and optimizations

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience with Zapier or similar automation platforms

• Proven experience setting up bots or chat flows (GroupMe/Manychat/IG DMs)

• Comfortable using OpenAI APIs for message generation and data handling

• Ability to manage CRM workflows, tagging, and lead tracking automations

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity with Airtable formulas, filters, and views is a plus

• Bonus: Experience in recruiting or insurance agent funnels
