We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making and receiving calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, following up with potential clients, and maintaining customer records. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales or support team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Update customer information in CRM/software systems.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong convincing and persuasion abilities.
Active listening and customer handling skills.
Telecalling and telesales experience (preferred).
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Knowledge of Hindi is mandatory; basic English communication is an advantage.
