We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to review, create, and rank clinical content used to evaluate and train AI systems in healthcare.
You’ll apply your nursing expertise to assess AI-generated patient education, triage guidance, and clinical documentation for accuracy and safety. You’ll also create expert demonstrations based on real nursing practice and evaluate model responses against established nursing standards and best practices.
The work is fully remote and asynchronous, allowing you to choose when and how much you work while applying your clinical judgment to structured AI evaluation tasks.
Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for nursing accuracy and patient safety.
Review patient education materials for clinical appropriateness and clarity.
Assess AI-generated triage guidance against nursing practice standards.
Review clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Create expert demonstrations reflecting real-world nursing workflows and clinical judgment.
Develop examples related to nursing workflows, triage, and patient education.
Rank and label AI model responses against nursing best practices.
Provide structured evaluations based on your professional nursing experience.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
ADN or BSN qualification.
2+ years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or comparable care setting.
Strong written communication skills.
Ability to apply practical nursing judgment when reviewing clinical content.
BSN or MSN degree.
Specialty certification such as:
CCRN
CEN
OCN
Experience working in:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Emergency Department (ED)
Other high-acuity clinical settings
