About the Opportunity

We are seeking practicing Radiologists to help evaluate how accurately advanced AI systems interpret real-world radiology studies.

You will apply the same clinical reasoning, reporting standards, measurement conventions, and structured systems used in your daily practice to establish high-quality reference standards and assess AI-generated interpretations.

This is not image labeling. The work focuses on the clinical reasoning and diagnostic judgment required to determine whether an AI-generated interpretation is accurate, supported, and clinically appropriate.

What You'll Do

  • Review de-identified radiology studies, including CT, MRI, radiography, ultrasound, PET/CT, mammography, and other imaging modalities.

  • Write reference reports or document specific clinically relevant findings.

  • Apply established radiology reporting systems and measurement conventions used in clinical practice.

  • Evaluate AI-generated interpretations for accuracy, clinical support, and safety.

  • Identify inaccurate, unsupported, or potentially unsafe findings.

  • Contribute challenging cases that test advanced AI diagnostic reasoning.

Structured Systems & Clinical Standards

Depending on your specialty and the cases reviewed, your work may involve established systems and conventions such as:

  • RECIST

  • Lung-RADS

  • BI-RADS

  • CAD-RADS

  • ASPECTS

  • Other recognized radiology classification, reporting, and measurement standards

Who Should Apply

This opportunity is designed for radiologists with current or recent active clinical practice.

Relevant diagnostic specialties include:

  • Neuroradiology

  • Chest imaging

  • Abdominal radiology

  • Musculoskeletal radiology

  • Breast imaging

  • Cardiac imaging

  • Nuclear medicine

  • Pediatric radiology

  • Other diagnostic radiology subspecialties

Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible radiologist.

  • ABR, FRCR, EDiR, or international equivalent certification or eligibility.

  • Currently reading radiology studies or recently active in clinical practice.

  • Strong ability to interpret diagnostic imaging and apply appropriate clinical reporting and measurement standards.

  • Residents and fellows in later stages of training may be considered.

Engagement Details

  • Fully remote.

  • Independent contractor engagement.

  • Work can be completed on your own schedule.

  • Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project needs and performance.

  • Payments are made weekly via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.

  • Work must not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.

  • H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported for this opportunity.

Why Participate?

Apply your radiology expertise and diagnostic reasoning to the evaluation of advanced AI systems working with medical imaging.

Your clinical judgment can help establish rigorous standards for assessing whether AI-generated radiology interpretations are accurate, clinically meaningful, and safe.

Annualized compensation of $624,000–$832,000 is based on $300–$400/hour at 40 hours per week for 52 weeks. Actual earnings depend on hours worked and project availability.
