Public Health Communications Evaluator

Compensation: $80–$120/hour

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Public Health Communications professionals to evaluate AI-generated work products, including documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks.

You will apply your subject-matter expertise to assess outputs for accuracy, rigor, presentation quality, and alignment with public health communications standards. You will identify issues and provide structured feedback to help improve AI-generated content.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks against domain-specific quality standards.

• Assess outputs for factual accuracy, rigor, clarity, and overall quality.

• Identify factual, aesthetic, formatting, and presentation issues.

• Review the effectiveness and quality of public health communications content.

• Provide clear, structured written feedback on identified issues.

• Apply professional judgment consistently when grading AI-generated work products.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Public Health Communications.

• Native or professional fluency in English.

• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly:

  • Google Slides

  • Microsoft PowerPoint

• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

• Ability to critically evaluate professional content against defined quality criteria.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution.

• Experience reviewing or evaluating professional public health communications materials.

• Strong understanding of public health communication principles and standards.

Engagement Details

• Format: Fully remote

• Type: Hourly contract

• Schedule: Flexible, subject to project requirements

• Contract: Independent contractor

Contract & Payment Terms

• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on project needs and performance.

• Work will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.

• Payments are made weekly through Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates cannot be supported at this time.
