About the Role

We are seeking experienced Pharmacists and Pharmacy Subject Matter Experts to contribute their expertise to AI training and evaluation projects focused on pharmacotherapy, drug information, and medication safety.

You’ll review AI-generated medication-related responses, develop expert pharmacy content, and evaluate clinical reasoning involving drug selection, dosing, contraindications, interactions, monitoring, and patient counseling. Your feedback will help improve the accuracy, safety, and clarity of AI-generated pharmacy guidance.

Important: There is no immediate project assignment for this opportunity. Qualified candidates may be contacted first when relevant projects become available and may gain access to future opportunities through the expert network.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop expert pharmacy content: Create detailed prompts and gold-standard responses covering therapeutics, drug information, medication counseling, and medication safety.

  • Evaluate AI-generated responses: Assess pharmacy-related answers for clinical accuracy, clarity, safety, and adherence to the prompt.

  • Review pharmacotherapy reasoning: Identify errors involving medication selection, dosing, titration, monitoring, and deprescribing.

  • Fact-check drug information: Identify unsafe assumptions, missing contraindications, drug interactions, allergy considerations, and misinterpretation of laboratory results.

  • Assess dosing and treatment logic: Evaluate dosing units, formulations, timelines, monitoring requirements, and appropriateness for different care settings.

  • Compare and rank responses: Evaluate multiple answers based on correctness, clinical reasoning, safety, and contextual relevance.

  • Provide structured feedback: Write clear explanations demonstrating evidence-based pharmacy reasoning and appropriate medication use.

  • Assess model reliability: Identify inaccuracies, unsafe recommendations, and potential biases across medication-related scenarios and patient populations.

Required Qualifications

  • PharmD or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm/MPharm).

  • Active pharmacist licensure or eligibility for licensure.

  • At least 5 years of professional pharmacy experience in community, hospital, ambulatory care, clinical pharmacy, managed care, or a similar setting.

  • Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and medication safety.

  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate pharmacotherapy decisions, including medication selection, dosing, titration, and monitoring.

  • Strong understanding of disease states, guideline-based therapy, medication reconciliation, and patient care workflows.

  • Exceptional attention to detail when evaluating drug information and identifying potential medication-related risks.

  • Minimum C1 English proficiency, with strong written communication skills.

  • Ability to assess clinical consistency, dosing units, formulation selection, care-setting appropriateness, and patient safety implications.

  • Ability to work independently and deliver consistent, high-quality evaluations in a remote contractor environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas is an advantage:

  • AI data training, annotation, or model evaluation.

  • Medication-use evaluation and drug information services.

  • Clinical documentation review.

  • Pharmacy benefit management (PBM) or managed care review.

  • Healthcare editorial quality assurance.

  • Medication safety, pharmacotherapy assessment, and evidence-based treatment review.

Key Skills

  • Work arrangement: Fully remote

  • Compensation: Up to $65 per hour

  • Interview: Required
