About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Imaging and Segmentation Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in 3D Slicer to support a medical imaging AI training project.

In this role, you will work with real-world medical imaging datasets, performing image analysis, segmentation, annotation, and 3D visualization. You will also document and explain your workflows step by step, helping improve how AI systems interpret and process complex medical imaging data.

This opportunity is suited to professionals with practical experience in medical image processing, segmentation techniques, and 3D visualization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and segment medical images using 3D Slicer.

  • Work with CT, MRI, DICOM, and other medical imaging datasets.

  • Create, edit, and refine segmentation masks.

  • Generate 3D models, reconstructions, and volume renderings.

  • Perform medical image annotation, visualization, and quality checks.

  • Complete advanced 3D Slicer tasks and document each workflow step by step.

  • Develop clear technical instructions and detailed prompts for medical imaging procedures.

  • Ensure segmentation accuracy, consistency, and quality across assigned tasks.

  • Explain technical decisions and image-processing workflows clearly.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong, hands-on professional experience using 3D Slicer.

  • Practical experience in medical image segmentation, annotation, and visualization.

  • Good understanding of CT, MRI, DICOM, and medical imaging workflows.

  • Ability to create accurate segmentation masks and 3D reconstructions.

  • Access to 3D Slicer and the ability to record your screen while completing tasks.

  • English proficiency of B2 level or higher.

  • Strong technical communication skills and the ability to explain complex workflows clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or PhD in Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Clinical or research experience working with medical imaging datasets.

  • Background in medical image processing and 3D visualization.

  • Previous experience in AI data projects, including data annotation, Human Data, RLHF, or AI model evaluation.
