  • Identify missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent clinical information.

  • Review medication-related details, including renal- and hepatic-adjusted dosing, potential drug interactions, and age-appropriate clinical considerations.

  • Apply established guidelines consistently across medical record reviews.

  • Provide clear feedback to support improvements in AI model performance and clinical data quality.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree.

  • Board certification in Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine with a Hospital Medicine-focused practice designation.

  • At least five years of hospitalist experience.

  • Current or recent inpatient hospitalist experience within the past two years.

  • Strong knowledge of adult inpatient care and hospital workflows, including admissions, daily progress notes, transitions of care, and discharge documentation.

  • Comfort reviewing clinical notes and raw medical record data.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow structured guidelines consistently.

Additional experience is an advantage:

  • Clinical chart review.

  • Clinical documentation improvement.

  • Utilization review.

  • Medical coding, quality assurance, or related clinical documentation work.
