The work centers on reviewing clinical records, assessing whether information is supported by the underlying documentation, and identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or inaccuracies. Strong inpatient experience and careful attention to clinical detail are essential.

  • Current or recent inpatient/hospitalist experience within the last 2 years.

  • Strong understanding of inpatient documentation and hospital workflows.

  • Comfortable reviewing clinical notes and raw medical record data.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply defined guidelines.

  • Ability to communicate clinical findings and documentation issues clearly.

Preferred Experience

  • Chart review experience.

  • Clinical documentation improvement (CDI).

  • Utilization review.

  • Medical coding or quality assurance (QA).

  • Experience working across different inpatient services or specialties.

Work & Engagement

  • Role type: Independent Contractor

  • Work arrangement: Remote

  • Openings: 30

  • Primary focus: Inpatient medical records, clinical documentation, hospital medicine, and AI evaluation.

  • Experience level: Current or recent hospitalist/inpatient experience is required.

Why This Opportunity

Apply your hospital medicine and clinical documentation expertise to the evaluation of AI systems handling real-world inpatient medical information. Your clinical judgment will help identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, and unsupported medical information while contributing to higher-quality AI training and evaluation.
