Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategy Manager to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience, preferably in a chief of staff or similar strategic role, and a proven track record in M&A, research, new initiatives, marketing, account growth, and consultative selling. As part of our crack team, you will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer to drive key projects and initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Initiatives:
o Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and initiatives.
o Develop business cases and implementation plans for new initiatives.
o Drive cross-functional teams to execute new projects.
Research & Market Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Develop insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Account Growth & Consultative Selling:
Work with sales and delivery teams to drive account growth.
Develop consultative selling strategies to address client needs and challenges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):
Identify potential M&A opportunities and conduct due diligence.
Develop strategic rationales and financial models for acquisitions.
Lead integration efforts post-acquisition to ensure seamless transitions.
Marketing & Brand Positioning:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize strategies.
Qualifications:
· MBA from a premium B-School in India.
· 8-10 years of relevant experience in a chief of staff or similar strategic role.
· Strong background in M&A, research, new initiatives, marketing, account growth, and consultative selling.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong leadership and project management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
