Job Description
Your Role: The Senior Manager IT Finance Systems SAP RTR_FICO will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and control of our financial systems and applications. Responsibilities include leading projects and supporting cross-functional programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide thought leadership on best practices and emerging technologies for Finance functions.
Support, plan, execute, and manage IT project deliverables by partnering with internal and external resources.
Accountable for the design and governance of SAP S/4 FICO and RTR business processes.
Develop and deploy new processes and system configurations.
Assist in designing the financial systems roadmap, including migration to SAP S/4.
Play a key role in the Finance work stream for the upcoming migration to SAP S/4.
Drive implementation of software from solution design through hypercare, leveraging internal resources and external systems integrators as required.
Support business process improvement and technology across Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, Internal Audit, and Cross-Functional Finance integration.
Manage relationships with Finance clients.
Partner with Cybersecurity to minimize risk when partnering with software providers.

Requirements:
BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in the implementation and/or support of SAP FI and CO modules.
IT Project Life-cycle experience in design, configurations, testing, master data management, and post go-live of SAP ECC RTR processes.
Extensive experience with SAP configurations, including GL, Profit center splitting, Intercompany, AP, AR, Asset Management, CO, CCA, Product Costing, Tax, and Treasury.
Understanding of integration to/from third-party Finance Applications that interface with SAP and other Non-SAP Systems.
