Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant with 6+ years of expertise to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ (nice to have). This role requires hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, workflows, and integrations.

• Provide technical leadership for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ (if applicable).

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce environment.

• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support adoption.

• Stay updated on Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to leverage the platform's full potential.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Mandatory:

• 6+ years of Salesforce experience with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

• Experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (3 days from office in Bangalore).

 Good to Have:

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce App Builder, or Salesforce CPQ Specialist).
