Roles and Responsibilities:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the B2B technology or retail solution space.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and securing high-value deals in a competitive environment.
In-depth understanding of omni- channel retail solutions and their impact on business performance.
Strong understanding of the Indian retail landscape and its current challenges.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to sales.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Requirements:-
Bachelor's degree or masters.
Should be proficient in English and Kannada
Experience in selling billing software is highly desirable.
Proficiency in lead generation techniques and market research, with a keen eye for identifying potential clients and opportunities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Experience with CRM platforms, particularly LeadSquared, for lead management and tracking.
Openness to receiving training and coaching to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Strong rapport-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
Good to have experience in both inside and outside sales.
Demonstrated ability in leads generation, objection handling, and conflict resolution.
Consistent track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations.
Thorough understanding of billing software and the ability to convey its value proposition effectively to clients.
