Senior Enterprise Account Executive (East Coast)
Full-time | Remote (East Coast preferred)
OTE: $330K–$360K (50/50 split, uncapped commissions)
About the Role :
We’re seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic sales initiatives for our AI-powered customer communication platform. You’ll drive outbound efforts, consult with enterprise clients on how AI can transform customer success, and close high-value deals. We’re looking for a driven, resourceful, and highly motivated seller who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do :
Own the full sales cycle for upper mid-market and enterprise clients, managing a book of 25–50 logos.
Develop and execute an outbound, self-sourced pipeline strategy.
Build and maintain a 3–5x qualified pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed a $1.2M annual quota.
Partner cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Operate with high accountability, initiative, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
What We’re Looking For :
5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas.
Proven ability to source, develop, and close complex enterprise deals.
Strong consultative sales skills and experience selling to technical and business stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Self-starter mentality with a tenacious work ethic and resilience in fast-paced environments.
Compensation & Benefits :
OTE: $330K–$360K (50/50 split)
Accelerators: 30% on self-sourced deals, 70% on managed accounts
Uncapped commissions
