About the Role :
We’re seeking a founding Offline Marketing Manager with 6–7+ years of experience to join an elite, fast-moving marketing team. This is a pivotal role for a creative, data-driven marketing leader passionate about driving brand awareness and lead generation through traditional marketing channels. You’ll own offline strategy and execution — taking initiatives from 0 to 1.
What You’ll Do :
Plan, budget, and execute a wide range of offline marketing initiatives including audio/podcast ads, television, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, and print campaigns.
Develop and manage direct mail campaigns — from concept to execution — including brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
Collaborate with the B2B marketing team to plan and execute industry conferences, events, and sponsorships.
Design and test innovative, cost-effective, and experimental offline campaigns to expand brand reach.
Track KPIs and analyze campaign data to drive continuous improvement and ROI.
Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams to ensure brand alignment and strategic consistency.
What We’re Looking For :
7–10 years of hands-on experience in offline marketing, with a strong focus on direct mail and out-of-home advertising.
Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure results-driven offline campaigns.
A blend of creativity and analytical thinking — comfortable experimenting with unconventional marketing tactics.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
