Design Verification Engineer (Visa Sponsorship to Sweden)

Salary Range: €40,000 – €80,000 annually

About the Role :

We are hiring talented Design Verification Engineers to join our core IP development team in Sweden. This opportunity includes full VISA sponsorship for candidates currently residing in India, as well as consideration for candidates already based in Sweden. You will work on cutting-edge IP verification for high-performance serial and interface protocols.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the functional verification of complex IPs such as PCIe, CCIX, CXL, USB, Ethernet, SATA/SAS, UFS, SPI, HDMI, MIPI, and I3C.

• Develop UVM/SystemVerilog testbenches to build scalable, reusable, and efficient verification environments.

• Create detailed verification strategies, test plans, and ensure verification closure.

• Perform debug, root cause analysis, and collaborate closely with design teams to resolve issues.

• Work with 3rd-party VIPs from Cadence/Synopsys for protocol-level verification.

• (Optional) Contribute to Formal Verification or Emulation activities for advanced modules.

• Communicate project updates, risks, and technical issues clearly.

Position Requirements :

• BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Electrical / Electronics / VLSI.

• Strong hands-on experience with UVM, SystemVerilog, and verification methodology.

• Proven experience in verifying complex IPs and leading verification efforts.

• Solid understanding of functional verification fundamentals and environment development.

• Experience with Ethernet verification is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with AMBA protocols (AXI5, CHI, CXS) is an added advantage.

• Experience with Formal Verification or Emulation is a plus.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

• Team player with the ability to work independently on assigned modules.
