Human Resources Intern

Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 (Depending on skills, experience etc)

Location: Onsite – Vijaynagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday – Work from Office | Saturday – Work from Home

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Availability: Immediate joiner

Internship Type: Full-time Internship (6 months)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team and support day-to-day human resource operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are interested in recruitment, employee engagement, HR coordination, and workplace operations.

Eligibility:

• Someone who has completed their Bachelors or Masters and can easily commit to this Fulltime internship (MBA HR or BBA graduate/student preferred)

• Candidates who have completed their exams and are currently awaiting results are encouraged to apply

• Prior HR internship/work experience is required

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination

• Support onboarding and employee documentation processes

• Help maintain employee records and HR databases

• Coordinate with candidates and employees for HR-related communication

• Assist in engagement activities and internal HR initiatives

• Support attendance tracking and general HR operations

• Work closely with the HR team on ongoing organisational tasks and projects

• Conduct Employee Engagement activities

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational and coordination abilities

• Understanding of HR processes (HR Ops, Recruitment etc)

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
