1. Overview:
The Senior Graphic Designer will be a key member of our creative team, responsible for developing and executing visually compelling design solutions across a variety of media. This role requires a highly creative and skilled individual with a proven track record of success in designing impactful and brand-consistent materials. The primary objective is to elevate our brand image and contribute to the overall success of marketing and communication initiatives.
2. Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations, and print collateral.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design projects.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workflow, ensuring all design assets are properly managed and archived.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale.
3. Technical Skills:
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects - preferred).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in creating assets for various platforms (web, print, social media).
- Experience with responsive design principles.
- Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar) is a plus.
- Understanding of print production processes.
4. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior-level role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various mediums.
