Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The primary objective of this role is to enhance our recruitment process and attract top talent to meet the organizational needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while contributing to our company culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various channels for sourcing candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments through interviews and evaluations to identify the best fit for the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote our company as a preferred employer.
  • Coordinate and facilitate recruitment-related events such as job fairs and open houses.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive recruitment procedures.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and talent acquisition platforms.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, online recruitment sites, and social media.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment processes.
  • Ability to use data analytics tools to assess recruitment metrics and improve processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a timely manner.
  • Certification from a recognized HR body (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
