1. Overview:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. This position collaborates with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develops effective recruitment strategies.
2. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet staffing needs.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process ensuring timely communication.
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Maintain a robust applicant tracking system to manage candidate data and recruitment metrics.
- Engage in employer branding activities to promote the company’s culture and values.
- Provide interview training and support to hiring managers as needed.
- Stay current with recruitment trends and best practices.
3. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methodologies.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Certification from recognized HR bodies (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
5. Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter with a solid understanding of the recruitment cycle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
