Functional Manager.

We are seeking a Functional Manager Recruitment to join our team. This role focuses on redesigning our Applicant Tracking System and implementing a screening application, ensuring both systems support our recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign and implement the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to align with mapped recruitment processes.

• Participate in the implementation and integration of the Otentica screening application.

• Manage both ATS and Otentica, ensuring smooth operation and user support.

• Analyze the impact of system changes across recruitment processes and applications.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to set goals, plan initiatives, and adapt to evolving requirements.

• Identify complex issues and design effective solutions to enhance system functionality.

• Explore and implement innovative solutions that meet user needs and improve recruitment efficiency.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes within a large healthcare organization.

• Analytical mindset with ability to oversee impact of changes across processes.

• Excellent problem‑solving skills and experience dealing with complex issues.

• Customer‑oriented approach with a focus on prioritizing user needs.

• Curiosity and ability to think in possibilities, exploring and implementing innovative solutions.

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in IT and business processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare recruitment and related regulatory requirements.

• Familiarity with the Otentica screening platform or similar tools.

• Experience managing ATS implementation projects.
