We are seeking a Chief Enterprise Architect to join our team in Namur, Belgium. This senior role will lead the design, implementation, and governance of the enterprise architecture framework across the organization, ensuring alignment with public service missions and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
Define and implement the enterprise architecture repository, ensuring alignment with sector phasing and schedule.
Compile, maintain, and present architecture deliverables, including business, functional, organizational, application, data, and technical models (ArchiMate).
Develop information and infrastructure models in collaboration with the information manager and the Digit'Eaux architecture team.
Establish and enforce architecture principles, standards, and patterns, and develop a governance framework for roles, policies, and standards.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as NIS2 and GDPR.
Design transformation roadmaps and trajectories for the information system and support management presentations.
Required qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, urban planning, or information systems architecture.
Proven experience defining and deploying enterprise architecture repositories and transformation roadmaps.
Experience in strategic consulting missions with general management or executive committees.
Experience working in multi-entity organizations (public, semi-public utilities, etc.).
Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate).
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (NIS2, GDPR).
Nice to have
Familiarity with Digit'Eaux architecture team processes.
Experience in public sector service delivery transformation.
Knowledge of architecture governance best practices.
