Primary Job Responsibilities
• Create high-quality, accurate, and exam-oriented content for UPSC and State PCS
examinations.
• Conduct in-depth research on UPSC syllabus, exam patterns, eligibility, current
affairs, and government policies.
• Develop study materials, notes, articles, explainers, guides, and tutorials across
GS subjects and related areas.
• Simplify complex concepts and present them in a clear, concise, and aspirant friendly manner.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in UPSC examinations, current affairs,
and public policy.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and internal teams to ensure
content accuracy and relevance.
• Proofread and edit content to maintain clarity, factual correctness, and adherence
to UPSC standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of content in a deadline-driven environment.
Specific Knowledge & Skills
• Strong understanding of the UPSC Civil Services Examination process, including
syllabus and patterns.
• Good command over current affairs, GS subjects, and answer-writing orientation.
• Excellent research, fact-checking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to convert complex topics into engaging, structured, and easy-to-understand content.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in academic tone.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Working knowledge of content tools and AI tools (such as ChatGPT) is an added
advantage
